Hello, Guys! Here a complete guide to check any bank account balance via SMS or just a single missed call. We do receive monthly payments and don't know the exact time when we receive and do transactions. But, we don't receive balance confirmation message or current status of balance. Every time we used to go ATM center to check a balance. So, here a list of banks to check bank summary through SMS or missed call.

Before sending SMS or giving a missed call to check balance first, we have to register mobile number ( Actually we do while opening a bank account). Even if we registered in a bank but won't receive balance message. So, we have to manually check via SMS or missed call.

Bank Balance

Balance Enquiry Through SMS or Missed Call:

Check SBI Balance Through SMS:

Before checking SBI account balance we have to register your number according to bank records. SBI give different features to user's like Mini statement, Account Summary, Blocking ATM, Loan Enquiry etc. If you want to use above services just register your number.

To Register:

• SMS " REG space Account Number" Send to 09223488888.


• Example REG 12023145698 Send to 09223488888.

Account Summary:

• SMS " BAL " to 09223766666 or Just give a missed call to that number.

Mini Statement:

• SMS " MSTMT " to 09223866666 or Just give a missed call to that number.

Blocking ATM:

• SMS " BLOCK " to 567676 or simply you can block by visiting the nearest bank or Customer care or SBI online.

Loan Enquiry:

• SMS " HOME " or " CAR " to 09223588888.

Help:

• SMS " HELP " to 09223588888.

Check ICICI Balance Via SMS:

ICICI doesn't specify you for below 5000rs. debit or credit. So, for this you have to check manually bank account balance.  Just give a missed call to 02230256767 (Automatically call disconnected).  Through SMS " IBAL space last 6 digit account " to 5676766 or 9215676766 and for last 3 transactions SMS " ITRAN" to 5676766 or 9215676766.

Note: SMS charges may apply rs.15 per quarter.

OBC Bank Balance Enquiry:

Oriental Bank Of Commerce accounts summary can be checked through SMS. Follow the below format

• Send SMS " ACBAL " to 9915622622.


• For Mini Statement SMS " STM " to 9915622622.

Note: Charges apply 1.50p per SMS.

Indian Bank Balance Through IVR:

Different options are available in Indian Bank and more easy options when compared to other banks.

• Just give a missed call 09289592895.


• IVR dial *99*58*1# for Balance enquiry and *99*58*2# for the mini statement.

HDFC Balance By SMS:

Two options are available to check via SMS or Number.

• Call 18002703333 for balance and 18002703355 for the mini statement.


• Send SMS " bal " to 5676712 and " txn " to 5676712.

Axis Bank:

• Call 18004195959 to check your balance summary.


• Call 18004196969 to check your mini statement.

Allahabad Bank:
